★ Organically grown on our farm ★
Appalachian White Softneck Garlic is an excellent soft neck variety that is an extremely good keeper; super hearty plants. Long lasting cloves that have a superb flavor and with a nice mild spice. We have grown this variety now on our farm for 4 years and it's an excellent selection for growing plenty of garlic for the pantry. Anywhere from 10 to 12 cloves per order. Not for consumption rather growing stock only. Organically grown, but not certified. Plant in early fall for a late spring to early summer harvest.

How to Save Seeds
Choose healthy garlic bulbs: When you're selecting garlic bulbs to save for planting, look for bulbs that are firm, plump, and free of any damage or disease. Separate the cloves: Carefully separate the cloves from the bulb. Be gentle to avoid damaging them. Let the cloves dry: Place the cloves in a dry, well-ventilated area and let them dry for a few days. This will help to prevent any mold or rot from developing. Store the cloves: Once the cloves are dry, you can store them in a cool, dry place until you're ready to plant them. Some people store them in a mesh bag or a paper bag to allow for air circulation.
