Please review the following policies before placing your order. By purchasing from South GA Seed Co., you agree to these terms and conditions.
Payment Information
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Orders will not ship until payment has fully cleared, which may take several business days depending on the payment method used.
All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us. We want every customer to have a positive experience with South GA Seed Co.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire five (5) years from the purchase date.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Information
Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $100 or more before taxes and after discounts are applied.
Processing Time: Orders generally ship within 3–5 business days after payment clears.
During our busy season (December through April), processing times may occasionally be longer due to increased order volume.

- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail (when appropriate)
All orders include tracking information.
Orders ship Monday through Friday.
We can no longer combine multiple orders after checkout. Please ensure your order is complete before placing it. Separate orders will be shipped separately and shipping charges cannot be refunded.

International Orders
South GA Seed Co. currently ships only within the United States.
Orders placed outside the United States will be refunded less a 6% transaction processing fee.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Seed Disclaimer
Growing conditions vary significantly and are beyond our control.
- We do not guarantee germination rates.
- We do not guarantee yields.
- We do not guarantee crop performance.
- We are not responsible for crop failure.
Any germination information provided is for reference only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.
Return Policy
- Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Products must remain unopened.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- No restocking fees apply.
Any approved remedy is limited strictly to the original purchase price of the seed.
Opening seed packages constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Right to Refuse Service
South GA Seed Co. reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order at any time and for any reason without notice.
Agricultural Arbitration Notice
Certain states require arbitration, mediation, or conciliation before legal action may be taken regarding seed performance claims.
Customers must comply with all applicable state requirements and filing procedures.

Seed Sources
South GA Seed Co. grows a portion of its inventory each year.
Typically, 15–25% of our seed inventory is grown by us, although this percentage may vary annually.
Varieties grown by us are identified in product descriptions with a star designation.
While grown using organic practices, these varieties are not certified organic.
The remainder of our inventory is sourced from reputable U.S. seed suppliers.

Actual plants and harvests may vary based on growing conditions.
Customers are encouraged to research varieties before purchasing if specific traits are important.
