Numex Centennial peppers are a dazzling addition to any gardener's repertoire, known not only for their vibrant colors but also for their ease of cultivation. These peppers, with their striking hues that transition from an electric purple,  to vivid yellow and orange, and then finally to a deep, rich red, create a visual feast in any garden setting.

The foliage of the Numex Centennial pepper plant is a lush, verdant green, providing a perfect backdrop that accentuates the pepper's dynamic color changes. The peppers themselves are petite and elegant like bright jewels set against vibrant greenery. Their compact size does not diminish their impact; rather, it highlights their ornamental beauty and practicality for smaller garden spaces or container gardening.

To grow Numex Centennial peppers, start with well drained soil enriched with organic matter to ensure robust plant health. These peppers thrive in sunny spots, where they can bask in full sunlight for at least six hours a day. Regular watering, keeping the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, will support their growth and fruit production.

Numex Centennial peppers are not just a feast for the eyes but also a delight for the palate. They offer a mild to medium heat that can be enjoyed fresh in salads or roasted to enhance their subtle, sweet flavor. Their versatility in the kitchen mirrors their adaptability in the garden, making them an ideal choice for both novice and experienced gardeners.

In summary, Numex Centennial peppers are a testament to nature's artistry, blending vivid color transitions with practical gardening ease. How to Save Seeds

Peppers are self pollinators, but will cross within the same species much like squash so it's best not to plant two of the same species. Separate by at least 500ft. Once peppers are ripe on stalk and fully dry harvest them cut open and scoop out seeds. Allow to dry for a week or so. Dry method works great.
