How to Save Seeds
Kohlrabi will cross pollinate with all varieties of B. Oleracea, so seperate by at least 500ft. Let the kohlrabi plants mature fully and wait for the seed pods to dry out before harvesting them. Once the seed pods are dry, remove them from the plant and place them in a paper bag. Label the bag with the date and type of kohlrabi seeds inside. Store the bag in a cool, dry place until you are ready to plant the seeds. When you are ready to use the seeds, simply remove them from the bag and plant them in fertile soil. With proper care, your kohlrabi seeds will grow into healthy, delicious plants that you can enjoy for years to come.
