Delicious healthy green used around the world chalked full of vitamins. An Asian green that forms small round rosette leaves. Also known as the spinach mustard. Grows low to the ground and can range from green to dark green leaves. Delicious in stir fries and really any dish calling for greens.

How to Save Seeds
Mustard greens will cross with other mustard greens within the same species but not the same family. So be sure to check each species before planting near another species of mustard otherwise separate by at least 1 mile. Save pods from plants once they have fully dried.
