★ Organically grown on our farm
Golden Jubilee tomato is a beautiful heirloom variety admired for its vibrant golden-yellow fruits, mild sweetness, and low acidity. Its rich golden coloration brings striking beauty to the garden while offering a smooth mellow tomato flavor that many gardeners and cooks prefer over more acidic red varieties.
The medium to large fruits develop smooth skins and juicy interiors with a mild sweet flavor perfect for fresh slicing, salads, sandwiches, sauces, and fresh garden eating. Their lower acidity makes them especially enjoyable for those seeking a gentler less tangy tomato experience while still enjoying rich classic tomato character.
Golden Jubilee plants are vigorous growers that benefit greatly from staking or caging to support their heavy fruit production and keep fruits elevated off the soil. Light pruning and proper airflow around the base of the plants help reduce disease pressure and encourage healthy productive growth throughout the season.
Beautiful, flavorful, and highly productive, Golden Jubilee tomato remains a timeless heirloom favorite for gardeners seeking colorful harvests and wonderfully mild tomato flavor.

How to Save Seeds
Tomatoes are self-pollinating, so separating varieties by approximately 50 feet is generally sufficient for maintaining seed purity.
Harvest tomatoes when fully ripe and allow them to sit for several days if desired before seed processing.
Cut fruits in half and scoop the seeds and pulp into a mason jar with a small amount of water for fermentation. Seal loosely and place the jar in a warm location away from direct sunlight.
After 5 to 7 days, remove floating seeds and mold from the top. Pour the remaining healthy seeds through a fine mesh strainer and dry thoroughly on screens or paper towels, turning seeds regularly to prevent sticking.
