Yard long a.k.a. Asparagus Bean QTY. 25
Yard long a.k.a as Asparagus bean is not a true bean at all! Its actually a member of the southern cow pea family. It climbs amazing heights and produces very long green pods similar to any other southern pea pod. Flowers are yellow and plants very prolific. Good bean for stir frying.

How to Save Seeds
First, allow the pods to mature on the vine until they are dry and brittle. Next, remove the pods from the vine and gently break them open to reveal the seeds inside. Be sure to discard any damaged or discolored seeds. After that, spread the seeds out on a flat surface and allow them to air dry for a week or two. Once the seeds are completely dry, store them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. It's important to label the container with the date and variety of the seeds to keep track of them for future planting.
